I plug everything in correctly and it says it's connected but it won't work. I ran this troubleshooter and it said DNS appears to be unable to resolve IP addresses. Help please.

Disconnect then reconnect the router. It works for me >_>

Yes, every time I do that the task manager networking shows a 0.1% increase and then goes back to 0.

just make sure your ISP connection info is correct...
Are you DSL? Cable?
DSL usually uses PPoP and requres username/password.
Try calling your internet provider they can help you troubleshoot.

I'm using Cable. It was working fine before but then my mom unplugged everything so she could clean and when I set it up again it wasn't working.
