I had to recolor godot's shirt, take off his face, put on Diego's head, rotate it, and shade in some of his neck.

Not bad for a first edit!
I'd redo the eyes, though, so he's not looking at the camera, and probably get rid of the earrings--he only has the one ear pierced, so...
...yeah, nitpicky parabuzzy done.
