Court is now in session.
I am suing Lord Bowser for making false statements about not editing a post. He claimed he would leave Digibutter if somebody guessed his name, and that he would NOT edit the post, but he did, and there is proof further down the page.

*Ahem,* your honor, it is near IMPOSSIBLE to sue Lord Bowser because of his statement, fore the Declaration of Independence allows freedom of speech. This includes LIEING, and it is perfectly fine as long as it has nothing to do with money.
Therefore, you are putting an attack on Lord Bowser's freedom of speech, which, on the other hand, IS an offenseable matter. |

Yes, perhaps freedom os speech does apply here IN SOME WAYS!
HOWEVER, He MADE A DEAL and broke it!
Is this no different then saying you'd pay for that 1-Up Shroom and then never paying? No, your honor, IT IS NOT.
He made a deal. And that I will be sure he honors.

When Lord Bowser lied, NOBODY lost anything. If I go by your logic, ma'am, then one could be arrested by lieing. Where you live, would you go to jail for telling your parents you are doing your homework when you are not, whereas you made a DEAL where you get grounded for not doing your homework? Same here.
