Tournament link

I wanted to start a tournament for a while now, so here's one: A BOTS Battle competition. Players fight via 1v1 matches in the game BOTS to see who is the best of them all.

Tounament begins when 8 people join.
65 coin pot if 8 people participate.
5 coin entry fee.
You will also get a free victory trophy if you win.

I downloaded it and played once. Sadly, there is probably no way my SecureMeow could compete against your bot.

It works on Vista, and IIRC it doesn't need much to run.

I probably won't compete, unless we need an 8th competitor desperately.

Oh, and just so you know, the game scales levels.

In other words, a level 10 can defeat a level 30 as easily as the level 30 can defeat the level 10. The armor may give a slight stat boost, but all players are about equal in Battle mode, aside from special attacks.

I played the game a while ago. I think I got around level 30 or 40?

Anyway, it became pretty much a grindfest. You had to do the same level over and over, and when you weren't doing that, you were in the waiting rooms screaming at people to get ready. Battle mode was the only fun part, and when I played, it wasn't "Balanced" at all... and there were a million level 60+ people perfectly ready to pound the hell out of my poor, defenseless little robot.

M'aiq remembers beating the daylights out of a level 55 before, and he was a level 26, he thinks.

they must have balanced things out. And anywho, it's all the same. The only efficient way to do combat is to constantly jump-attack over and over.

M'aiq will have to cancel the tournament if noone else joins. M'aiq guesses it saves him the problem of recording the matches.
