We should have an election for mod next year. The existing mods could be split up into two parties and people could sign-up to be candidates for one of the two parties. Near the end of next year, both parties could pick one candidate to represent them and around the time of the regular election we could have a post vote, to keep alts out, and then tally up the votes and the winner becomes mod. The candidates would of course probably campaign to win, but that just makes it more fun. I'll gladly lend my talents to be a political correspondent for the whole event and report on the going-ons for people who don't feel like searching through all the topics.

I realize next year is the presidential elections. But that doesn't mean we have to make identical elections. This is digibutter, not the real world. Unless you're just OCD about things like that. |
