My dad rebuilt our oldest comp. It actually works better than the other one in our basement, but not this fast one. |

Just Kidding. Who wants Vista anyways. This one can do anything you throw at it. Including the new Flight Simulator X, which has a very bad rep. It also runs it very well with ONBOARD grpahics. Well check out newegg for some great deals. And, hey, "Once you know, you Newegg" |

ladooee, a lot of computers run Vista. My computer is partitioned because I didn't want to delete XP. I have XP and Vista on the same system.
Anyway, if there's a FutureShop near you, they usually have cheap good-to-high quality USB headsets (and webcams equipped with high-quality microphones), which should get you all set. |

I don't think you should get Vista either. I heard that most people don't know that the software was licensed to them instead of owning it. |

That is how almost all software works, including Windows XP. |

Your best bet is to just go to a local computer/electronics store. It probably costs more for shipping than it does tax on a cheap microphone.
Headset/microphone combos are more popular now than standalone microphones.
