This is, probably, the most interesting race the United States has had in a long, long time. You have a variety of unique and different people running... few are truly alike. So, who are you hoping for? Who do you think will win?
Currently, my favorite Republican is Romney. For the Democrats, my favorite is Obama. |

I don't think any of them deserve to be president.
All of the republicans ae idiots, and the democrats boycotted Florida. >_>
They came eventually, but they gave us 0 delegates. |

Colbert's out, why should I care?
But honestly, my teacher was SO close to getting Hillary Clinton to speak with our school's leadership program (first thing she did RIGHT all year). Unfortunately, instead of Hillary coming to us, my teacher got to go to Hillary's press conference.
Honestly, while history is being made, why should anyone care what gender or race the president is? We're all either American or Bush-haters if we actually care, so what difference does it make? There is no race or gender war...it's just a random white male superiority thought that caught on...and it disgusts me. |

Yeah; I was thinking about sending in something like that. It would spice it up. |

Well later on in the race, Maybe if you wanted to test run it, we could cover super Tuesday off the podcast. |

Looking at this, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United_States_presidential_election,_2008 , I see that people thing that there will be gender and racial issues here. If any candidate wins, there will be gender or racial issues brought up. Of course, the only way no issues are brought up will be if the United States is destroyed before the election is complete. However, since that is an even more undesirable outcome than gender/racial issues, I am hoping a candidate will win.
My wish is that the most compentent candidate wins. I have no desire to "make history" by electing a female or a non white into office. In fact, I'm not even saying that people are equal. Male and female are not equal, just as the different races are not equal. That is why I vote for the most competent, I will not base it on any gender/racial status.
And another point I would like to bring up, is that there isnt even equality among the same group of people. In fact, I do not believe in equality. And that is why we have elections.
Also, nothing you can say will get me to believe in equality. Equality can only be taken in a super-general sense, as in "We are both human, that means we are equal in that level of vagueness." However, when we are compared as people, we will not turn out equal to eachother. Otherwise, you would have typed this. |

My school had a mock vote. Here's the reasoning I made for my vote: *Democrats are turning this country into a pile of crag, and even if Obama wasn't a Democrat, I still wouldn't vote for him! And I AM NOT A RACIST! *WTH is the Green Party? *Huckabee looks like the strongest of the Republicans, so I'll go with him. |

If you don't like it, go to Russia, or better yet, form a Splinter Cell within the Government, and plot to do away with the whole Democracy! |

Huckabee is going to help dig Michigan out of the Pit of Death... so I am going with him as my top candidate. For the Democrats... anyone but Hillary. Not a sexist thing, but I just plain can't stand her. |

Republican Favorite: Huckabee. He supports video games, and plays Guitar Hero. Also, Chuck Norris is voting for him! ...But my parents voted for Romney.
Democrat Favorite: Obama. He's pretty good, I think he may win. I don't like hilary because she wants M games banned. D:<
Oh, and I also have no problems with there gender or race. Obama may be black, but so what. It all depends on what he has to deliver. I personally Don't like Hillary, but thats not because of her gender. I hate the fact that she doesn't like video games D:
Oh, and I am also not a bush hater like many of us here are. I think he isn't a good president, but I respect him.
