Creepy Luigi
This resident from the Creepy Kingdom is the perverted brother of Creepy Mario. Everywhere he goes, a very awkward and unusual presence is detected...
He's extremely wacky and unpredictable and will perform a wide variety of attacks.
Moveset:
-Standard: Ball of poison. Fire purple poison puffs at enemies.
-Up Special: Black Rocket. Send Creepy Luigi skyward in his recovery move similar to Luigi's Green Missile.
-Side Special: *crag*. Grab your opponents genitalia and do with them what you wish!
That's gotta hurt!
-Down Special: Negative Aura. Unleash a small amount of energy that confuses your opponents.
-Final Smash: Spaghetti Dance.
Start out with a retro "Peace..."
Then begin the sensational spaghetti dance! It unleashes balls of the Negative Zone all over the screen in random places.
Now THAT'S what I call sloopy!
