Okay, look, here's the deal: Junior's working on his Science Fair project which is due this Monday, and he doesn't know the difference between the Results and the Data. He needs it NOW before he naps in two hours! 40 coin bounty to one of the people who tell him the answer!

Okay, my son is doing an experiment about how color affects the speed at which a liquid boils. Is the data or is the results the simple list he makes of the color and the speed? |

Jr.'s hypothesis was that the darker colors would boil faster, but instead, the browner colors boiled faster. |

The results would would be the information you get from analyzing the data. In your case, what you got from testing how fast the liquid boiled with what color. Did the lighter colors boil faster, etc.
