There isn't really. Its really self explanatory unless you take the whole emo jokes seriously.
A Fake Emo is someone who hates himself, hates life, and maybe is gay, or gothic.
A Real Emo would be dead by now. Why? Because he would slit his wrist... and once he slits it, he will die eventually, and once he is dead, he is no longer existent.
Unless you say Emo's are wimps and can't slit their wrist, which in this case, would make him a Fake emo, not a real one. |

but whats the main purpose of slitting wrist? to kill yourself.
So if he puts a bandage on it then he will still remain alive.. and not dead. |

They are what I call, attention whores... or insane.
The name given to the insane people was just another... thing... spawned by MTV. |
