Assuming he isn't a cat that usually wanders outside like some cats do, maybe you should put lost signs up, or maybe you should say a word that means 'treat' to him, like when my dogs get out, I scream cookie, and they come rushing over for a treat. |

Ugh. I know how much that hurts.
I put up my posters when my cat was lost. Also, call the local animal shelter and the veterinarians around to see if anyone found it and dropped it off there. |

I'll try to help you the best I can. Has this ever happned to you before? Do you usually release your cat outside, to maybe walk around, have you found it in certain areas of your neighbor hood? My suggestion, is to gather up few of your friends, and neighbors who will help you find your cat. It will be like a search party, and try to think like your cat. For example, if your cat likes to do certain things at your house, then check the things outside, that are close to what you have. |

No never. I usally let him out when He meows by the door. But never after 8:00. Then he might be out all night. But I doo let him out. Check his scents, bathroom. I called and noted him missing. My next step is lost posters. |

I lost my cat once... I looked everywhere near. And guess where I found him.... in the sewers. Tottaly unexpected, but he meow'd when I was near. Just walk into near places and wait till you hear a MEOW and look. |

Put "have you seen this cat" poster EVERYWHERE around your neighborhood. IF you have a pic of your cat. I'm sure you'll find your cat eventually, don't lose hope, your parents should be a great help. |

I'm not sure if you would like to do this, but maybe you could set up an article in your local newspaper, (I've seen this happen in my newspaper) under the classifides. If you wish, you may put up a reward, if found, and I'm not sure if you'll have to pay the newspaper editors, because a friend of mine was in a similar situation and he had to pay. |
