And I'm 100% serious about all of this...
I want to murder my brother. I'd honestly, swear-to-god, LOVE to, with no remorse for my actions. Day after day... It's the same bullshit. He is a whiny 21 year old retard, and he acts like he's 3. in fact, he might as well be a three year old that talks. I want his blood to spill. nearly everything bad in my life... my depression, my anger... everything. the person I should love the most... is my absolute worst enemy.
I'm not saying give me advice on how to get along with him... just teach me how to curb my anger... because he is my continuing frustration. |

He can't move out. He's mentally handicapped. he will never be able to function in real life like a normal person. This is another reason I hate him, because he freaks out for no reason, whines alot, and he never gets ANYTHING. I have been telling him to STFU for as long as I remember... It's almost my catchphrase, "Shut up, dave >>". He is the ultimate torture.

I might be able to help you to curve your anger. You should try to spend more time in the outside world, maybe with your friends, than at home where your brother is. You would be away from your brother, and you will get closer to your friends.
Also if you are trying to find ways to curb your anger, you should buy a punching bag. A couple of hits at that should reduce the anger and the stress inside of you. Personally, I prefer weight lifting and it usually lifts my spirits if I’m angry.
You could try to ignore your brother by not calling him names, but just acting that he is not there. It seems that your brother wants some attention. |

Wait, do you guys share a room or are you just not allowed to have privacy? Because if it's the latter of the two, I'd suggest bringing up a nonviolent, thought-out point to your parents about it in an attempt to get it back.
