Well, I probably wasn't the first to discover it, but still..
On Funky Stadium:
You know the bits around the edge with loads of trick ramps (y'know, those blue things with arrows on them).
Sometimes, there is a break in them that allows you to go up to an upper level.
Well, while driving on those blue things, I crashed into one of those breaks and went through the wall (and lost a balloon).
Well, at least it's not a beneficial glitch =\
