Personally, I like having a smaller platform to talk about games on, but, what do you guys think

Yeah, I definitely appreciate it. I kind of used to wish for more action going on here and more users to chat with, but I’ve realized that the small community size we have is probably for the best. I’d much rather chat and hang out with a few fellow Paper Mario fans than be surrounded by bots and r*dditors.

We did have some pretty bad problems with spammers and trolls right at the tail end of Nerr 3.0. That was probably the primary motivation for 
to release 4.0.

Agreed; this site is like a hard to find club with a tight-knit community that has a common interest as regular attendees, and I think that is a distinction of this site from others
