That’s the sole roller coaster I was able to ride at Universal when I went there in April 2023. It was really fun, but the line was an hour long, and I was only at the park for a couple hours. Most of the rides were closed because there was intermittent pouring rain too. It was quite the experience. I got to try Butterbeer at least.
Sounds like an unfortunate day. Weird most the rides were down due to weather. I went on the day Hurricane Milton came and only two good rides were down. (Park was dead empty, so short queues).

It’s hard to believe that’s how it went down. There was a thunderstorm, but certainly no hurricane when I was there.
