It really seems like a new design for the old switch if this leak is real. I’d be kinda disappointed to just get another Switch/Steam Deck clone if this is true, but who knows at this point. Maybe this was just a plant by Nintendo to build up hype?

I’m fine with more of the same. Maybe true creativity can go into peripherals if they improved upon the attaching mechanism. Like when Switch was first revealed we thought detachable joycons meant they would come out with other attachable gameplay things, but that never happened.

Good point. I guess I’m just thinking that the only things unique to this design would be the attaching mechanism, any potential accessories, and the exclusive games for it. It could work. It just has to make sure that it doesn’t become the Switch U in a market already full of Switch/Steam Deck clones.
