Just wondering: Does anyone have any ideas why I’m lagging a little behind in posts read? I read every post on here given that it doesn’t get deleted first, and /unread shows that I have no unread threads. Maybe I scroll too quickly?

I think the unread is cleared if you view the last post, so yeah you may have skipped past some earlier ones.

I see. I found this for more info about how it works. I was wondering if using Librewolf (hardened Firefox) could be messing with the accuracy of this. It’s probably just as you said though, I guess I could have skipped over some replies.
you know it really seems discourse could use some clearer and possibly even good documentation

I’m still kinda puzzled about this because I don’t skim through replies. I genuinely read each one. I looked back through some recent post history, and it just doesn’t seem to add up.
