Trust Levels?

So, I noticed that if you see an account, you can see their trust level, from what I seen, there are 3 of them, am I correct in this assumption or no

Yep there is 0-3. And 4 but that is manually assigned kinda like a mod. The different levels don’t matter too much here though.
