I was just about to post this.
It’s great to hear about the backwards compatibility. I think it makes a lot of sense, but Nintendo’s decisions aren’t usually all too easy to predict. That’s a nice little bit in the investor report too.
I mean, they’ve generally been focused on appealing to all demographics with their consoles, particularly the Wii-era. That was like, the pinnacle of intuitive and easy to access. And, well, the Nintendo Switch menu is relatively simple compared to PlayStation and Xbox. Its games are pretty wide-ranging, and overall, very accessible console. One that IGN would give a 7/10 to.
