Greetings! As ye’ve seen lately, we’ve released some additional information here 'n there on Gravity Rush 'n I wanted t' give ye all a bit more info on this PS Vita exclusive.

First off, if ye haven’t already, meet Kat:

ye’ll be assuming the role a our cel-shaded heroine, who wakes in a strange city with no memory a how she got there. While exploring the town, she encounters a black cat (clever, huh?), who grants the wench the ability t' control the gravity around the wench.

From there, the story unfolds across multiple chapters as Kat uses the wench newfound powers t' not only help a city that’s (literally) breaking apart, but t' figure out the mystery a the wench past 'n what (or who) has brought the wench here. Using the PS Vita, ye’ll be able t' release Kat from gravity’s hold 'n shift the wench center a gravity t' completely change the wench perspective 'n gain access t' previously unseen areas a the stages ye play in. Whether “falling” towards the side a a tower or virtually any visible surface, Kat can be brought back t' a floating state with a simple trigger pull, or be forced back t' following the laws a real-world gravity by deactivating the wench skill, dropping the wench down t' the ground without a scratch. I think ye can see how this will give a whole new meaning t' the term “world exploration.”

Aside from the wench name 'n the wench look that definitely shows she’s not from around these parts, there isn’t much she knows. What she does know, however, be how t' fight.

'n fight she will. Little be known about the entities that show up as she explores this new world, but they definitely have something t' do with everything that’s going on. Combat be going t' occur differently as gravity now plays a pretty important part in how ye approach enemies. While she can punch, Kat be far more adept at kicking. She can amplify these attacks by implementing pillage gravity-based skill t' target enemies before allowing gravity t' take over 'n deliver a stronger attack. We have t' admit, there’s something about being able t' use gravity t' plant Kat’s feet into a enemies’ face. As ye go through the game ye will gain more combat abilities. Some a them be going t' add t' yer basic stock combo, mostly kick-driven. Because, well, Kat’s a kicker.

ye really can’t understand how beautiful it be until ye see if on the PS Vita’s OLED screen for yourself 'n we can’t wait ’till ye do.

Don’t cry, Kat! If ye keep an eye out here, ye’ll find out more information in the coming weeks.
