You’ll be amazed when you see this video [click here]; it shows the brutality and the destruction that could cause by a nuclear explosion. This three stage weapon nick named Tsar Bomb was actually a 100 megaton bomb design, and was the biggest nuke to be ever built; the size of the test bomb had to be reduced by half to prevent a nuclear fall-out. The bomb was dropped using a parachute to give time for the plane to reach at least 45km away from ground zero. The fireball reached the height of the release plane which was three times the height of world’s tallest mountain, Himalayas. It generated earth quake of magnitude 5.25 despite the fact that it exploded in mid air. The 50 Mt test was capable in principle of inflicting third degree burns at a distance of up to 100 km.
And that's just the test bomb, which is only half the power of the real deal. My biggest worry is the shockwave coming towards us at 1000 miles per second. But that's a risk I'm willing to take. Not so sure about Sir Grodus, though.
Don't worry; we're installing extra-strong Superstrongmetalodium plating on the Starship X-Naut's exterior. No blast could penetrate us! ...in theory, anyway.
