Well, it looks like the chances of Dragon Quest X releasing stateside are getting better, but not in the way we want. It seems that the PC version of the game has a shot here, but the Wii/Wii U outing may be left behind.

A few weeks back, a Square-Enix rep offered up this statement about the game releasing outside of Japan.

"Regarding the recent announcement we have no current plans to introduce the title in Western markets."

Now it seems that Square-Enix might bring the PC version over with some changes to the model, but not a single mention of the Wii/Wii U version was made. That's not a good sign, gang.
