This guy has all of the Fast Time Trial Ghosts and the times to unlock them, as well as videos that show the Fast Time Trial ghosts doing what they do best.
In order to unlock them, be within ten seconds of their time. I suggest the following courses:
Moo Moo Meadows
Luigi Circuit
Mushroom Gorge (considering you're using the first, super-easy shortcut)
Koopa Cape
N64 Sherbet Land
N64 Bowser's Castle
GCN Waluigi Stadium
Grumble Volcano |
