Cody, you are strong...Your mother is psychotic and mentally broken, at best. You must make the choice. You may love your mother, but it seems she really isn't a good person to be with. I don't think you should stay with her, personally, but life is horribly complicated, and I don't understand yours any more than I understand mine.

I find this entire situation just a wonderful opportunity...yes...you'll be able to turn it around.

First of all, what someone else did to you is considered battery. You're allowed to go to the police and ask them to arrest the one who did that to you (that's what I did). If they don't, it's an infraction of the law and they can be persecuted to the law's fullest extent.

Second, your mother sounds like a demoralizing succubus to me. If you would, please get child services on her, or get an attorney.

You can also ask for your school to intervine and help. If they don't, you can sue them and completely drain them of everything they have.

At this point, there's nothing I can do or say that'll help. I can't give you moral guidance, as you have made all the correct decisions and are STILL punished for it. Just know that you are in the right, and are in a prime position to take care of this whole ordeal once and for all. By the rights of the United States of America, by the rights of the almighty creator of this world, and by the rights of a human being, you now can stand up for yourself and fufill what needs to be done.

I know this'll probably knock you off here for a few weeks, but...just whatever you need to do, do it. Use the full power of the law to punish those who deserve it, that's all you need to do. We'll all wait for you to return...

After talking to my mom for a while. She said I can keep my laptop... for only school related stuff. But, I'll obviously sneak on Digibutter.

I have to do the following things within this month and June.

1: Get my driver's license
2: Get a job (... again. Thank God it's not Shop Rite.)
3: Get better grades
4: Man up and act like "No More Mr. Nice-Guy"

Those four things in two months... and I'll get my stuff back.

In all the years I have been teased and picked on by my classmates, I have never suffered a physical injury beyond a headache.

For once... I had a good day today at school.

Sure, the kids were curious on what was going on and wanted to see the big bruise on my arm, but... my U.S. History teacher has made everyone sign a contract that involves respecting each other and doing the work.

The kid who punched me... he apologized, I apologized back for a few issues in the past and we shook hands.

Once I got home... with a smile on my face... I told mom about everything today.

SHE GAVE ME MY STUFF BACK! This issue ended A LOT quicker than expected.

I am so happy right now, I could just.... I don't know... I'm too happy right now.
