I hate my timezone. I'm always being beaten to giving out a slash of rightfullness into it.
You guys, just because he's less popular doesn't mean he's an attn whore. Just because Cody has moar problems doesn't mean he has none.
I usually don't post in topic involving life problems and stuff, but I just had to now.
As for LM, I guess I can come up with a good way to get around this problem as long there is more detail. What have you been threatened of? What makes you scared about being banned from existance? |

I should of say it all what happened. The guys had a blowtorch in thier hand, and was aiming at me. Then they told me not to come to the graduation. I told my parents and the school faculty, but they don't believe 2 17 year old threatend me with a blowtorch. So.....that's it.
If something like that happened, goodbye to my life. |

I'm not trying to say that he has no problems if he's being threatened. I'm just saying that it's kind of unnecessary to compare his situation to someone else's as being worse.
LM, if you're being threatened, get help before the threats are fulfilled. |

Okay, if they really did that, tell your parents again and tell them you are not kidding. If they still think so, at least ask them to stay with you. You can't miss your graduation, it's one of the very important moments in one's life.
Stay with people and you're done. I don't think they'll go pyro on a crowd.
And - do you know them ? Have you done something top them ? Do they look as if they were psycho enough to do it or do they just want to scare you because they're a bunch of galactic-sized arseholes ?
A graduation ceremony is usually attended by the people and their families. And afterwards there's a party. There's no way they can get to you besides going Ax Crazy.
I would make a lame remark here on how if they would they'd be the sort of person who blames it on video games or gets it blames on video games ,but that wouldn't help.
Tell your parents you'Re not kidding, if you really aren't.

And MsDevin - Personal problems are not comparable. Even if they are, they are not to be compared. If I would value LM's problems over you being bullied at school and would post "SHUT UP YOU UGLY ATTENTION WHORE NO WONDER YOU GET BULLIED HA HA LM HAS IT WORSE" [this statement is an outright fabrication, I would not dare to post something like this, but I need to do in order to illustrate my point] - would you feel fairly treated ? |

People are ganging up on me not only to embarrass me... but put me in a non-winning, hopeless situation where I get the living shit beaten out of me.

And, CC, he know you have it worse - but that doesn't mean, as I said, that LM isn't allowed to talk about his problems. Problems are not comparable. Soemtimes we can do something, sometimes not. And even thougzh there are problems worse then others, that doesn't automatically demand we give them more attention. At least over a distance such as the internet.
Complicated, complicated world. You can't compare problems, you have to help as you can...
I don't mean the more serious problems aren't more serious then the lesser problems, but we were acting as if he didn't have the right to tell us and expect support or sympathy. If I lived in a town with CC and LM lived next town or in the same town, I'd try helping CC first 'cos he's got it worse. But you're, for me, equally far away and therefore, whilst I see CC has it technically worse, I help / advise / support both equally and pay them the same attention.
I hope I'm doing the right thing. |
