Ok this is what you do to breed for the fastest Pokemon.
| Code: | Fastest: Different ID/ Same Species
Medium: Different ID/ Different Species or Same ID/ Same Species
Slowest: Same ID/ Different pokemon |

Umm I'm pretty sure IV's determine how much stat growth you get. |

But when you breed they are more likely to get those better stats. Those are just possible scenarios that would happen when I breed. |

The breeded Pokemon gets 3 IV's from one of its parents(can't remember which one and the rest are random.) |
