I do have a therapist. But when I'm not with her, I don't calm down easily without someone to talk to. Even then people don't try to help me much, so I sometimes just sob/cry it out (which might sound babyish, but it works, and I'm not ACTAULLY sad) because it feels good afterwards. Otherwise... I'll play a not-too-challenging game that won't piss me off. |

A really good strategy that I'm gonna use is...
1) Buy a punching bag.
2) Place the picture of whoever you hate on it.
3) Release your anger upon the punching bag.
You vent your anger, AND you get a work out if you're seriously pissed off. That's why I'm buying a punching bag when I move. |

What I normally do - Listen to music, watch anime, or draw.
What I do when I'm really pissed off - Read, play video games ( I do that for fun too. ) rant to someone else about, don't care who, unless I'm mad at someone, then a person other then them.
What I do when I'm REALLY REALLY pissed off - Yell at the person I'm mad at until my fingers hurt. ( I'M SO SAD, ONLY TO YELL AT PEOPLE ON THE INTERNET. D: ) |

I don't smoke. I don't do drugs. I draw.
I draw much better when I'm angry, I just go all-out on my notebook. |

Music, art, and sometimes a hot cup of herbal tea. I'm a really calm person, though, and almost never get really upset over anything. |

I go into my imaginary world, and shoot my co-workers.
It's a long story, best not go into it now. |

I like to fool around on my guitar until I cough out a smooth-sounding riff. |

Blast music, appropriate to my mood. if I'm angry I play games extra competitively and become a really sore looser. if I'm really angry I break stuff. if I'm depressed I usually whine, if I'm really depressed I sleep and mope.
I usually cry in all of these. a good cry can cure any soul in my opinion.
It helps talking things out with a good friend. that usually bolsters my spirits. when If I need to get away Ill watch a movie or anime to get my mind off things.
in some extreme cases Ive resorted to over extending my body through meditation- exposing myself to harsh conditions while reflecting deeply. As in meditating in the middle of a hurricane outside on the patio. exposing myself to an unnatural amount of Activity to purposely hurt my body to release endorphins. |

It works everytime. But, it seems GTA IV is making my stress go away A LOT quicker than SSBB ever did. |
Damn you GTA IV!! |

Depends on my stress level, On a low occasion of stress I daydream, on a medium occasion of stress I play a Wii game I'm good at it, on a high occasion of stress I imagine myself murdering everyone that ever did me wrong or I cry myself to sleep. =D |

I need actual therapy as my therapy. o_o;
Playing a game where I get to hack'n'slash people/zombies is handy too, when I feel the desire to cut and I know it's bad for me. o_o; |

If I'm really busy, Mambo Lawyer.
If I'm not, either eating (I love eating) or daydreaming in my bed or on my desk. Sometimes just trying to fall asleep while thinking about it some more (if I can't get it out of my head), maybe burst into crying, and eventually falling asleep works O_o. |
