This was originally intended to be series on my new site, but I suppose I can grant you with a small sample. I figure, reviewers get to bash developers all the time so how about someone takes a swipe at them. I'm going to consider it my personal duty to call out every single flaw these bastards have as they spat out negative comments about our great hobby, with undieing and completely loyal respect of course.

First up on my hit list is the Angry Videogame Nerd, this guy has been riding high and mighty for far too long and it's time someone took him down a notch. If you have never seen his videos I can sum them up in a short phrase, cluster *crag*.

The Angry Videogame Nerd, or AVGN, is a classic game reviewer. He was one of the first to popularize reviewing old games no one *crag* cares about anymore, and now everyone and their mom is in on the fun. Unlike the a lot of reviewers though, he knows how to work a *crag* camera and has some decent editing skills. Each episode has atrracted viewers for both it's info and comedy, at least that's how it used to be.

Not to long ago ScrewAttack, a site that hosts the AVGN and others like him, got a deal with GameTrailers.com to showcase their videos in their own section. This must have been a dream for a site like ScrewAttack, but it's turned the Nerd's material into a constant shit train of cursing and reviewing games no one gives a shit about just so he can point out the many flaws they have, thus giving him a reason to swear.

It didn't used to be this way. In the begining he picked games that he had actual bought as a kid, things like Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Ghostbusters. This fury was justified. Hell, if I had to play that shit as a kid I'd be pretty *crag* up too. Games like Fester's Quest and The Simpsons series hold little appeal to any gamer, so why review them? Sure they were bad games, but the NES has hundreds of other titles. Surley he can find games that I actually want to know are *crag* bad. He has just fallen into this pit of having to entertain the fans over actual reviews. Maybe I hold a little interest in the Virtual Boy, but when you have to exlpain to me exactly why I don't want to play The Wizard of Oz something is wrong.Now I'm not saying these reviews aren't sometimes entertaining, but his credibility as a critic has been all but dimished by his choice of lack luster titles no one gives two shits about.

I don't know about you, but I actively seek out stores that sell older games from past generations. For awhile now I've been using sites like Screw Attack to guage these titles before I buy them. AVGN along with these other sites have actually saved me from a few bad purchases, but I may as well kiss that luxury goodbye. The show has degraded into a flurry of swearing and pointing out obvious flaws, not only that but he is *crag* repeating himself now! If I have to hear anything about dicks and the shit coming out of them again, I will take a gun to my temple and just *crag* end it.

He needs to get his head out of his ass and get his reputation back before it's too late.

Some people say they hate Irate gamer for taking the same video clips in the TMNT video, but the new AVGN makes Irate gamer look like god.

Then again, I actually like Irate Gamer. Why? He can actually review MODERN games.
