For me, it was Tal Tal Heights.
I remember back when I first downloaded the soundtrack, and started listening to all the songs. I thought, "Geez, another Zelda main theme remix? There are two of them already..."
Then, when it got to the part exclusive to Link's Awakening, my jaw literally dropped, and I yelled out "HOLY SHIT!"
Link's Awakening is one of the best Zelda games ever <3 |

Meta Knight's Revenge, Vs. Marx, and Obstacle Course. Kirby Super Star was played to death, and I just quivered uncontrollably while hearing it. Vs. Marx...well, I still reguard Marx as one of the three great Final Bosses (the others being King K. Rool and Gruntilda...huh, Marx is the only non-Rare developed one. Wierd...), and the fact that they ending the Kirby Super Star ending theme...that nearly overwhelmed me.
Obstacle Course...Yoshi's Island...pretty much the same as Meta Knight's Revenge. |

Midna's Lament. I never really paid attention to the music in TP, but when I just listened to every Brawl track, I was pretty amazed at how oblivious I was in the original game. |

The Humoresque of a Little Dog
Green Hill Zone, Emerald Hill Zone, Angel Island Zone... well actually most of the Sonic themes...
Aside from Earthbound I really have no nostalgic memories of Nintendo in my youth since I was a SEGA fan. Every time I fight on Green Hill Zone I'm always way more pumped up and nostalgic than any other stage.

Pretty much all of it. I've played NEARLY all of the games. But the ones that stood out to me from my YOUNG childhood were
-Most of the DKC music (w/o Bramble Blast)
-ALL Pokémon G/S music
-Road from Pallet Town to Viridian City
-ALL OoT music (especially OoT Medley, even though they KILLED Saria's Song, which is my favorite OoT song...)
--All SMS music
