You might just be doomed, mate. What it does is it hides 2 or 3 main files on your computer, then hijacks your internet browser, replacing images with adverts and causing popups, as well as slowing down the computer a lot. If you delete some of its files it can just replace them; you need to get rid of the main one.

There are supposed to be guides on the internet that tell you how to kill it, but when one of our computers got it we were unable to get rid of it and had to nuke the entire computer. Still it might be a different case for you - I'll try to find one of the guides.

Now when I a friend asks me to get rid of their spyware/adware/malware/underware I just suggest that they backup all their stuff onto my 500GB external harddrive, then re-install Windows (which does a reformat).

Then you know it's all gone, the computer runs 100x faster, and you get rid of all the junk you never used.

I'm currently having the same problem, so I've been running from computer to computer to find out what is wrong with my current computer. A good program that I would recommend is ZeroSpyware. It has been doing it's job on my computer, and I have been running the program every few hours, and it seems to find less and less. I hope that using the program, the spyware goes away for you, and I hope they go away for me as well.
