I'm going to skip first and second hour, just movies. In third hour, we started a book called "Jayhawker". It's about a kid who joins abolitionist John Brown and his father gets killed so he goes over to the enemy and finds his father's killer. It's not that bad, really. Fourth hour actually had something interesting. A ninth grader was making a powerpoint for computer apps. He finished it and we got to see it. It was about computer hackers. I learned stuff. Now he's done with computer apps. Fifth hour we had a test, and a study packet for our final which is coming. Thing about the study packet is that the answers are all on the back. I'm just copying them to their respective questions so I don't have to look over the answers and then see the questions if I actually study it (low chance of that). Sixth hour had a fire drill. I have this to say: ANNOYING FIRE ALARM IS ANNOYING. It goes blares out BEEP BEEP BEEP! (though not high pitched.) I always get bored exiting the school, and the alarm goes in 4/4 time with the fourth beat a rest. Seventh hour P.E. Played coed softball. I swear, the majority of girls I get stuck with on my team are useless. Oh yeah, we also got our books checked out. I go from fifth hour to lunch to sixth hour to seventh hour only stopping by my locker on my way to lunch. Then I had to carry four text books all the way across the school to get to the lunchroom. Fun. Fortunately, my sixth hour classroom isn't far, nor is the locker room from that. Oh yeah, in exactly one week from now, I'll be on summer vacation. My school district rocks. |
