How do I get it back? I accidentally deleted the icon from my desktop. HOW DO I GET IT BACK?!

I right clicked it and accidentally picked "Delete" when I wanted "Empty Recycle Bin". |

I right clicked it and accidentally picked "Delete" when I wanted "Empty Recycle Bin". |

Go to restore or refresh the desktop or something. I did that once and I just shut off my computer and it was fine. |
