Is there such thing as a teleport glitch on MKWii WiFi? Cuz when I was playing against some n00bs they like feel off the road but then spontaneously came back on. And then they all won. It really pisses me off that people win by cheating. > |

I honestly think this is caused because of lag risks.
To prevent lag, MKWii sometimes lower the frequency with which it will correct the player's whereabout on the map. |

Mandew's got it just about right.
I've heard... somewhere, if there is too much lag, other players are controlled by computers and then their positions are corrected on the map, giving the effect of them jumping around/teleporting.
What you witnessed must've been the computer falling off the stage whereas the player didn't. When their position was corrected, it gave the impression of
teleporting. |

I think that's what happened. Like on Bowser Castle 3 (GBA) There was this one guy who kept falling of but then out of no where he taleported like half way across the stage. It made me lose like 50 VR points. D: |
