After working on my computer, nonstop, for about 2 days, my dad and I were able to fix my computer. Well, I shouldn't really say fix, but more along the lines of delete everything then install everything. For some reason, my virus protection software never picked up any of the viruses, and when I bought a new virus protection software, it found about 500. Everything was damaged at this point, and soon I was unable to log into anything. We deleted Windows XP and all it's files, and put a new installation of Windows XP. We probably should have done that at the start, instead of trying to fix everything.
The computer is now fully protected, and I'l be able to do more fun things now! |
