[Plastic Mario]

As you approach the grand building, the glistening marble pillars in the front seemed to draw you in. The towering structure was liberally decorated, with an engraved golden statue of the school's mascot, franis, resting on top, watching over the students that came and went each day. The bell unexpectedly rang, as a flood of students stampeded towards the front door. In the front of the crowd, you hurry to your homeroom. Stumbling around corners and through hallways, you finally reach your destination. Room 9001. With an awkward twist of the door handle, you slip inside and set your book bag down, leaning against your chair leg. The teacher stood at the front of the classroom, finishing what was messily written on the chalkboard. He turns around to greet the students sitting in their desks, and those still piling into the room.

"Greetings, class. I'm your teacher for now. My name is Plastic Mario, but you can call me Mr. P, Mr. M or something else like that. Now, shall we begin?"

The second bell rang, signifying the beginning of class. As if it were timed with the bell, a paper airplane went flying towards the teacher. He caught it, opened it up and read the contents aloud, to the class. "Stop narrating, you stupid teacher!"

Anyway, this topic/sticky/something is going to be dedicated to information about digibutter. Of course, there's the wiki, but it's much better if you get information firsthand, mirite?

So... If you have a question about anything from the fine points of features to historic happenings to the origins of fads, ask away. I'll try to answer them like how I wrote the intro for this n' st00f.

Why did LB start that item war?

The teacher stood at the front of the classroom, flipping through a notebook. "Uhm... Whoops. It looks like since today's the first day, we don't really have anything specific to go over. Grahh... I don't want to spend a perfectly good History block doing nothing. Is there anything anybody wants to know about?"

From a desk in the middle of the classroom, a student named Flar3 Luigi raised his hand. "Why did Lord Bowser start that item war?"

Plastic Mario sat down in the teacher's desk. "Ah, I know what you're talking about."

"That occurance was, and still is known as the War of September 1st. It started with the the announcement that Lord Bowser was banned for flaming, and things like that. He got the usual "Benned" avatar, as well as the "Benned" status under his avatar in his profile. Identical to any other banned user. As always, there were those who supported him, and those who didn't. The division was about even.

Of course, Lord Bowser, being the devious koopa he is, set up his own forum somewhere else, known as Koopa Castle. He began to recruit digibutterians sympathetic to his cause, and they organized in this Koopa Castle forum. In fact... Popple and I were members of Koopa Castle, so we could fight for Lord Bowser's unjust bennage. The castle was quickly populated, until the last day of August.

On the other side of the conflict, the DDoD, or Digibutter Department of Defense was set up. It consisted of members who opposed Lord Bowser, and the department was in charge of keeping Digibutter safe, as you might have been able to tell from the name. The DDoD was a hidden forum inside Digibutter itself, and it contained roughly as many members as in Koopa Castle. I'm not sure of most of the details about the DDoD, since I couldn't see it, let alone see inside it.

In any case, on September First, Lord Bowser organized his army in the Koopa Castle and launched an assault on Digibutter. He somehow managed to unben himself. Francis, panicking at this sight, quickly hit an emergency button to give all members of the DDoD instant-kill and full heal items. However, due to a glitch, these items were distributed to all members, including the members of Koopa Castle. Of course, the natural human instinct is to fight back at anything trying to fight you. Since everybody had 10 full heals and 10 instant kills, a massive war between the sides broke out. Almost nobody was spared. Meanwhile, Francis reduced the cost of Life-Shrooms to a mere 5 coins.

Chaos Dimentio, the most trusted member of the DDoD, was accompanying Francis through this entire ordeal. Francis happened to have a Smash-Ball on hand, which he planned to use to reduce LB's side to dust. However, Chaos Dimentio, being the devious mastermind he is, locked Francis in prison. He then took posession of the Smash-Ball and handed it over to Lord Bowser, who used it and wreaked havoc on those who didn't support him.

Roughly an hour later, the sound of Digibutter Prison collapsing could be heard. Francis managed to use a Smash-Ball on himself while he was inside, turning into Giga Francis. An epic clash between him and Giga Bowser ensued. Giga Bowser was the first to fall, after having a whopping 9999 HP being taken away from a barrage of instant kills.

After that... Lord Bowser's "Benned" status was removed, and digibutter was restored to normality.

Although... I had two lives prior to the war, and Francis only gave me back one. >:O

Anyway, that's about it, for now."

Ok, it was a modplot. But it's more fun to think of it as just another epic happening.
