I can beat any of my friends, I took first in a city-wide competition, and haven't lost an online match in over a month.
Yet, when I make 3 level 5 CPU players on one team, I can't beat them.
I've played over 30 brawls and I still can't beat 3 level 5 CPUs. LEVEL 5!
I feel like a total noob, and I let myself down. I must be terrible at this game.
If I can't even beat CPUs, I might as well retire while I can, eh? |

But you can beat humans...the human mind's power surpasses that of a computer's. Perhaps it's just broken AI. Either way, practice is the key. |

Either way, practice is the key. | I don't get why I can beat 3 humans against me, but not 3 CPUs. I know for a fact that the people I play with are better than level 5 computers. D:
And, erm, what is broken AI exactly? I've never understood that. |

I don't train against three cpus either, because they can just get you in an infinite adn kill you. And cpu's are broken cause they can tell right when you push a button what it's going to do.
Imo, the best level to train at is 3, they let you practice combos, aren't overly cheap, and you don't develop bad habits from facing em. |

Use Sonic his final smash is the best one in the game if you use it right. Don't think about having him as an opponent on high CPU. |

The AI in brawl is doubled from what it was in melee. So fighting 3 level 5's would be live fighting 3 level 9's in melee. And plus don't feel bad, I can barely beat 2 level 4's let alone 3 level 5's. |

computers on the same team=evil.
srsly.
Nevery put your self in a tema fight against 3 CPUs the reason they're better than humans is because they share the same "brain", so they combo you really well with eachother. |

Geno, I've experienced the same, in Brawl, at not being able to defeat lv 5 CPUs. I have fought several of my friends, online, and I usually win. Whenever they are not on, I try to fight the CPUs. I usually try lv. 5 CPUs, and I find them too hard. I have reduced it all the way to lv. 3, and I still sometimes struggle. My guess, would be that the CPUs, have a different fighting style, that we are probably not used to, and might explain why it is difficult for us to fight lv. 5 CPUs. |

I worked my way up to Level 9 CPUs from the beginning. How do you think I got there? I never gave up, just like Sakurai said.
Sakurai wrote: | You must never give up hope! |
Anyways, as I continued to play with Wario, I found new techniques to use against opponents, and I found traps on different stages that trick even the hardest of CPUs.
Kust keep trying, and I'm sure you'll be up on top. |
