This is a SERIOUS topic. Please TAKE THIS seriously.
Also TAKE NOTE: This has very DISTURBING images of BIRTH DEFECTS!

Clip from "Beyond Treason. "http://www.beyondtreason.com/ What legacy is the US leaving in Iraq due to the use of depleted uranium as far as birth defects? Not for the squeamish.
Is the United States knowingly using a dangerous battlefield weapon banned by the United Nations because of its long-term effects on the local inhabitants and the environment?
Explore the illegal worldwide sale and use of one of the deadliest weapons ever invented.
Did the US really use 1000 tons of depleted uranium in Afghanistan?
Did the US really use depleted uranium in former Yugoslavia? Did the US really use 340 tons of depleted uranium in the first Gulf War, and over 2000 tons in the current Iraq War, even though this weapon is banned by the United Nations?
Beyond the disclosure of black-ops projects spanning the past 6 decades, Beyond Treason also addresses the complex subject of Gulf War Illness. It includes interviews with experts, both civilian and military, who say that the government is hiding the truth from the public and they can prove it.
Featuring Dr. Doug Rokke, Director of the U.S. Army Depleted Uranium Project and
Leuren Moret, Geological Scientist and International Radiation Expert
WHAT CAUSES GULF WAR ILLNESS?
Some believe these illnesses are caused by exposure to depleted uranium munitions used on the battlefield. Others believe chemical and biological exposures are the prime suspect. While yet an even larger group argue that experimental vaccines given to our troops, without their knowledge or consent, may have lead to the demise of many of these soldiers.
Is it a combination of overlapping exposures? A growing number of scientists and respected experts in their fields have been coming forward to share their research and first-hand knowledge of official betrayal.
As ailing Gulf War Heroes from all 27 coalition countries slowly die of "unknown causes," they wait for answers from their respective governments... but no satisfying or even credible answers have come forth from the military establishment. Records that span over a decade point to negligence and even culpability on the part of the U.S. Department of Defense and their "disposable army" mentality.
The VA has determined that 250,000 troops are now permanently disabled, 15,000 troops are dead and over 425,000 are ill and slowly dying from what the Department of Defense still calls a "mystery disease." How many more will have to die before action is taken?
Thats horrible, and sickening that something like that can deform a baby to that extent. I feel sorry for all the people who have suffered because of the United State's war actions with uranium. However I'm not surprised that the US went low enough to use something thats banned from the United Nations and can cause harm to everyone.
The pictures in that video freaked me out, most of the kids looked like muppets. One had a fetus in its mouth? That is horrible, those kids have to live like that forever.

That's very sad, and I didn't know that the U.S. could have used that many tons of Uranium. I knew that they did use Uranium in the war, I didn't know how much of it they used. The effects of Uranium are quite scary, as I should say, and knowing a person with a birth defect because of Uranium, is also quite sad.
With the United States, I'm not sure if this is correct, as one of the leaders of the United Nations, I'm disappointed that they used Uranium in this process. All those nations that looked up to the U.S. Many people now have to suffer the effects, and many have been dying because of this.
Why have the scientists and the research experts not come out, and have told the effects earlier? Why did they wait until now? I hope that there was no secret with the president and the scientists on using Uranium.

Saddest thing is, I think they were born dead.
After looking at these, there's no possible way any of these kids could stay alive for too long anyways, considering their horrible mutations.

Yea, but some of them will live, even if it is only for a few years. And some of them were older.

I refuse to be influenced against my nation because of something I have seen on a single forum. As such, I will look into this further before I make judgement on what my opinion is.
C...Cruel. How can they actually think that human lives can just be tossed like that? I don't think they liked it if something like that happened to that.
I typed a very, very, very long post, but it was lost when I hit the submit button. I am extremely agitated that I have lost my post, but I do not feel like spending fifteen minutes typing it up again, so I will make a very brief summary of it.
The people of the United States, or any nation for that matter, do not make decisions such as those involving the weapons used regarding this subject. Saddam Hussein gassed an entire community of men, women, and children for absolutely no reason other than his personal bias towards their religion. Not all Germans in 1944 were Nazis, and not all civilians who live in Iraq are extremists or insurgents.
In short, do not point fingers at the people who live in a nation, when it is the leaders and staff of that nation who make such decisions. The United States is certainly not the only nation to have been unfortunate enough to have leaders and military administrations who have made bad decisions.
My personal feelings and thoughts go out to those affected by this matter, but I will not be held responsible, nor place blame upon the people around me who live in this nation I am far more than proud of.
