It's pretty good. ^^
Better than I could do for a recolor. x3
The only problem is the black outline. Maybe if you made the black be a darker color of the pink you recolored the Jigglypuff with, it would look a bit better?

1st Gen doesn't look all that good, in terms of sprites. The revamp is great, though. Yellow Version?
On the other hand, 2nd Gen looks awesome. Gold Version? |

Jigglypuff's pkmn Yellow's sprite was so cute, it was a part of the reason why I liked it.
When I saw Jigglypuff in Red/Blue after that... I almost crapped in my pants, laughing out loud. |
