So yeah i'm thinking there should be one. I mean some avis are just way to big and streching the screen. What does everyone else think?

There is a restriction. 100x100, or 150x150 if the member used a Super Mushroom. Some Internet browsers miss the restriction the first time they load the page, just refresh and it shoud be fine.

I wish that for a super-big avi, the system would scale it down by the same amount on both the X- and Y-axis. Because my RPOT alt avi got stretch-bork'd.

There already is one. Some computers view the avatars at different sizes. It may have to do with your browser's settings.
