FLUDD doesn't completely suck. It is great for blocking enemies with poor recoveries from recovering like Link, Lucario, Lucas, etc. |
Then again, not many characters have a poor recovery. Additionally, it doesn't really get them far away, it's still not hard to get an edge, and you're not always lined up so you'll get the character.
Either way, I didn't say FLUDD is 100% junk. But something better would be welcome.

They should have left Mario with the Mario Tornado and make it Galaxy themed.
I'm not sure what they would give Luigi, but they seriously should have made his grab the Poltergust 3000.
It would be a tether recovery, too. |

FLUDD SUCKS! And a good replacement for it would be Spin Attack > Mario Tornado. Spin Attack is just a better MT. |
