I'm in the hospital recovering right now. Pretty painful.
So yeah, over puberty my skeletal growth was too fast and my chest kind of dipped in in the middle. This is called pectus excavotum, so I had to get it fixed; so did my little brother, we both got the surgery on the same day (today). But I'll be fine in a week or so and out of the hospital. Wish me luck :)
They had to put this bar behind my ribcage and flip it around to push out the dip in my chest, so it's flat now. It's hurting, but
I have this cool little button that lights up now and thenn, I can press it to relieve some pain. :D |
