I recently talked to King Harkinian, (She has given me permission to post the following about here) and it seems that she is undergoing quite some stress. While talking to her, I found out that she has Asperger syndrome (known as a type of Autism). Now, Asperger syndrome is characterized by difficulties in social interaction and by restricted, stereotyped interests and activities. We may have seen King Harkinian discuss about Harry Potter and Sweeny Todd, quite a lot. Asperger sydrome causes one to talk about the same things over and over. We've seen this with King Harkinian.
After we talked some more, we decided that it would be best for King Harkinian to take a break for three days. She could use that time to cool off, and maybe some of her stress will be reduced. I hope that she does feel better, and may overcome the stress that she has received. |

Awww man, I feel bad for her, I hope she feels better after a couple of days and everyone else stops treating her like shit when she returns. >_> |

I really do feel bad for her and hope that she feels better and can manage her illness. But that would not make her talk about Sweeny Todd and Harry Potter so much, that's only because she likes them, which I understand. |

I also am Asperger, and saw documentation about it.
Myself, I have been pretty narrow-minded in my interests for my whole life.
Although I don't have ADHD and even if I try hard, I just can't go out, speak to anyone and make friends. Neither I can't not turn back on a conversation on a subject that doesn't interest me. |

Yes, I noticed the fact that she posted a lot of stuff relating to ST and HP, but that's probably just because I'm a lurker... in any case, it never bothered me. o.o My brother has a form of autism... not Asperger's Syndrome, but, he still exhibits the "obsession" bit, so I'm used to it. |

Partly because people with Aspergers aren't very social, so they use computers instead of going outside and meeting people, and partly because stupid people think people will forgive them for being stupid if they pretend to have a condition. |
