One of the most challenging things on the game, in my opinion, is unlocking the dreaded Bone Bowser (Dry Bowser, in some cases). If I am correct, one must obtain star ranking on Mushroom, Flower, Star, and Special cups in 150cc.
I've only seen this character once, and that was over the Wi-Fi. Is it true that 150cc is too challenging for veteran racers?
What are your opinions on this? |

Easy, i have every character. People just dont use Dry Bowser cuz they like Funky too much. (funky is awesome)
You need a one star rank in ALL 150cc cups. |

I thought so.
Of course, I am not rushing the game. I am one of the top ten racers in the area I live in. If I don't come in first, I come in second or third. Fourth or below because of a cheap shot right before I pass the finish line. Of course, I do have my bad racing days.
I will begin to work on unlocking this soon. I must say that there is a boat-load of unlockables in this game. 32 characters if I am correct. |

at least one star rank in 150cc Wii Cup. yes you are correct. and its not that hard to get star ranks...just use your best kart/bike and your favorite character. and to get star...one must either 1. get first place in all races 2. don't bump into walls or get off road 3. finish a course in time. |

I know it's not that hard. But here's the thing. I'm still getting used to the Wii-wheel. I'm a verteran at the game who's body is defying the laws of adjusting to the newer version of the game.
Of course, I am very good with Mario on the Standard Bike. In fact, virtually undefeated. |

If you do want to unlock bone bowser it will take awile. Most of the time you will be hit by thousands of blue shells, and a couple shots of lightning. |

Aw, crap. Personally, I thought Dry Bowser was pretty easy to obtain, but that's just me. Perhaps I was inspired so much by his skeleton-ey awsumness? |

That's the only reason I can't get him. I'm really, honestly, a very challenging and well sported racer in the series. Just something stupid like my above post happens on the last lap. |

This happens to me all the time. I know I have to practice, but COME ON!!!!! What is the deal with these Spiny Shells? This reminds me of a time where a red shell, lightning, blooper, pow block, AND a spiny shell hit me at one time. I still came in 1st though. Go Bowser! |

Come to think of it, I have a strategy guide to MKWii somewhere in my house. It said there was another way to unlock Dry Bowser.
*Goes to get book...but fails*
Anyway, it's between 3,250 and 3,750 races. |

That sounds fustrating, but can be racked up with enough time with some friends over, I suppose. I'd rather get the star rankings on 150cc, for it looks better on the lisence. |
