I think it was called "cave of tides". I don't like it because the lack of story, the bosses were too hard, and you couldn't save in enough places.

it's a remake of a nes game, what do you expect for story? although the cutscenes towards the last boss are epic. and what level were you? I may be able to tell you if your under leveled. and what team do you have? as in jobs?

there's no necromancer class in FFIII. I'll check your levels though.

EDit: ok, you should have everyone at level 22 by that point. I might aim a level higher though, because after you beat this cave, you can't fight any weaker enemies for a while. I know, it screwed me over.

I'm only at the Tower of Owen. Embarassed

Anyways, my top three:

1. FFIV
2. FFX
3. FFTA

Aside from the fact that those are the only ones I've beaten... FFIV/II is made of awesome, FFX has good gameplay (Sphere Grid FTW) and a good story, and FFTA's just addictive.

FFVII was good, but I'll probably go with FFIX, based primarily on the great plot and the great gameplay.
