Alright, so I have no desktop, icons, or even a start menu. I had to use windows task manager to open firefox. HELP PLEASE ;-; |

You turned off the explorer process? >_>
Just create a new task, and call it "explorer"
Or you can restart your computer manually.

Hold down your power button to turn it off first, and see if it loads normally next time you turn if off. |

Idiot. You used the task manager and ended explorer.exe didn't you? | No. I turned my computer on because I decided I didn't want to go to bed, and then the screen never loaded, so I did crtl alt del, and task manager came up, so I opened firefox from that. |
