Wii Fit happened. I really overdid it on Day 3, so much exercise that it really hurt me to even walk. So I took Friday and the weekend off - a fatal flaw. Through that weekend I did nothing but chat, digibutter, and ate mall pretzal dogs and pizza (which was awesome), and I suffered today.
I'm actually heavier than the first day I started Wii Fit, with a weight gain of 4 pounds! Either my muscle mass really hardened, or I got really sloopy. Oh well, either way, I'm really going to push it today.
I took eight minutes of advanced rhythm boxing to improve my coordination and, in turn, unlocked an awesome snowboarding game (where you turn the Wii Balance board sideways and hit the slopes in style). I failed miserably at both attempts. Then I did the push-ups and side planks again, which gets easier every day.
I'm sure to do more than this mere 16 minutes today, thankfully. Update soon enough. ^^
Yikes...four pounds... |

Aren't there jumps on the slopes, and doesn't that mean that you have to jump on the board, resulting in damaged equipment? |

Normally you can't gain four pounds over a weekend, unless you ate like, HUGE AMOUNTS of food. Since you did so well, I'm thinking its muscle, have you ever checked your biceps/abs lately? |

I wish that I would gain some weight... I actually weigh 86 pounds. At 19 years old! But then again, I'm pretty short, so that sort of helps even it out, but I can identify the bottom of my ribcage! x-x |

You actually just bend down and extend your knees. The Balance Board senses it as a shift in weight and jumps.
I'm probably not going to play Wii Fit for a while. My friend let me borrow SMRPG, and I'm enjoying it for the first time in 10 years. ^^
And Medi...don't worry, it'll even out soon. ^^ |
