Well not really a conspiracy since it's well known throughout history that imposed xenophobia for a certain thing is used. We hated the Nazis. We hated the Soviets. We hate the Middle East. We hated the Japanese. Why? Because we're at war with them. This will blow over once we move onto the next battle zone and start pointing fingers away from the Middle Eastern people and to some other group.
However, I refuse to have my nation insulted in a childish manner, so please be aware that I look down upon comments such as those posted by Meta Knight.

I certainly agree. I view the Republican party and the large businesses they have inflated as responsible. However, that is only the downside to the government of our very spoiled and fortunate nation. I don't wish to get into discussion of real-life issues any further, so I'll move away from this topic now.
I actually somewhat agree with how Francine put it. Again, it was the attack of muslim extremists that has sparked our disdain for the entire religion, non-extremists included.
Jeez. What is happening to America? T-T Well...You don't have to answer that. I pretty much know. =P That is...pretty sad. Really. It seems like most people are trying to just come up with excuses and stupid reasons nowadays.
That's all I'm going to really say because I don't like talking about real life issues like this. (And the fact that I'm in the Navy. =P) It tends to arise conflicts so...I'm not going to say anything else about it.
Other than a significantly damaged economy and expected social change, I see nothing "happening" to the United States other than continued growth.
This. I want us to become some big art or technological center or something. Hell, given all the stuff that's said about America, we should be like Italy was during the Renaissance.
