I will be discussing several Pokemon and their physics. I posted this in Anime/Sci-Fi because it's about Pokemon. My first discussion will be Luxray. My second will be the Beginning of Pokemon. Pm me for suggestions!
1st: Luxray-A talk about X-ray vision.
2nd: Ditto-Is morphing possible?
3rd: The Beginning of Pokemon-Two theories of how Pokemon could have begun.
4th: Poke-Technology-The wonders of Pokeballs, Pokedexes, etc.

Here it is. I hope you like it.
According to Luxray's Pokedex entries, it has eyes that can see through anything. Now take the Lu out of Luxray. You get X-ray. Obviously, the Pokedex is saying that Luxray has X-ray eyes. Let's take a look and see if X-ray vision is possible.
X-rays are toxic and give you radiation cancer, so even if Luxray was immune to it, it would kill everything around it. So, how can Luxray "See through things?
I was pondering this until I had a brainstorm. I thought about linked senses. Let me explain. Linked senses are when two senses are connected closely to each other. For example, a person whose sight and hearing were connected would "see" words, like the word Kokopelli would be black and white checkers. I think that in Luxray's case, it's "sensing sense", sight, smell and hearing would be connected. That way, It could make out an image of the prey(what it looks like, where it is) even if the prey was behind, say, a tree. But that's not enough. I thought Luxray could have echolocation. That way, the image would be VERY clear. Combined with it's superior hunting skills and electric powers, Luxray adapted to it's new surroundings quite well. But more on that later.

Ditto: It transforms into what it sees, so how does it breed? If it was breeding with a male pokemon, it would have male parts, and if it was breeding with a female, it would have female parts.
