Do you have a Canadian keyboard? You may have a French keyboard map installed.
Go to Control Panel> Regional and Language Options> Keyboards and Languages> Change Keyboards. You may have to change the language settings here.
You'll then need to exit anything that you were using, and then reopen any programs for any changes to take effect. |

MY KEYBOARD DID THAT TOO. I don't even know what I did, after like... half an hour or so of using it, it just started producing the weird E, and different symbols. I don't know what I did. The only way I could stop it from doing it was shut down my computer, after which it went back to normal. |
