My dad told me that he heard the Wii can play DVDs and possibly Blu-Ray discs, so I put in my copy of Curse of the Were-Rabbit and it said the disc couldn't be read. I guess mine can't play DVDs, either. Not even sure how you could use a Wiimote as a DVD controller. There's no 10-key pad or playback control or anything like that. Perhaps it could be a future Wii Ware channel, with a specialized virtual keyboard? I'd still prefer my current player, anyway... |
